PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE:

• Cycle Time: 30 seconds
• Occasionally only filing 10 of 12 cavities
• Average temp 185°C

PERFORMANCE WITH VITROLITE®:

• Cycle Time: 25 seconds
• Filled 12 of 12 cavities
• Lowered temperature an average of 4°C

Improvement: With the addition of 0.5% Vitrolite®, all 12 cavities were filled. Vitrolite® decreased cycle time and increased throughput by 17%.
