Case Study: Injection Molded 9" Pail Lid
A change in Lid color from black to white required about two to four (2‐4) hours. The complete change used a barrel temperature of 520 degrees F. Vitropurge® as powder or concentrate at approximately 1.5% Vitropurge in the current polymer for about one (1) hour was effective at a barrel temperature of 425 degrees F. All agreed Vitropurge® is a substantial time and material savings product.
