Line Speed: 123 feet per minute, 7,380 feet per hour. If press ran any faster, finish would not be smooth and material would burn.
Performance with Vitrolite®:
Line Speed: 260 feet per minute, 15,600 feet per hour
Improvement:
Throughput was dramatically increased by 111.38% with the addition of 0.5% Vitrolite®. The extruder was able to run at full speed without degrading material. The result was a smooth finish with a soft, flexible jacket.
