Improvement:
With 0.5% of Vitrolite® added to the extruded recycled plastic lumber, the quality was improved. Vitrolite produced a more uniform dispersion of blowing agent and the other mixed plastics. The blowing agent was reduced by 50%, the flow was more uniform and the center core was improved eliminating the voids.
